yes i got to play with one for hours and it was nice and fast your right about the on screen keyboard but its light weight thin and easy to use...the only thing i didnt like was with my tmo wing i can use my nail instead of my whole finger to slide screen and with the g1 its heat you have to use yuor finger not nail

Yeah, it's got a capacitive touch screen. Anyway I only use my nail for stuff like the scroll bars and such on my Mogul.
