Huge signal problems in Sprint Network !!!! Please help !

I live in Goldsboro, North Carolina and I have had this exact same issue for almost a year now. When I explained this situation with Sprint, I was also told it was my device. Ok, check this out, I have had 2 Palm Treo 700wx's and 3 HTC Mogul's and it's still a problem for me. I think the OP has some valid points, as I am dealing with this same situation as of right now. I even had a field technician come to my house, b/c Sprint didn't believe what I was telling them. Once the field technician showed up, I proved what I had told the representatives previously. He could't believe what I told him and he said to me that he didn't know what the problem was. He told me I might be in a "Dead Air/Space" area. I can see two cell towers from my home and Sprint uses one of them. As a matter of fact I'm about a mile away from the closest tower. I stilll haven't got a resolution to the problem so I'm considering getting the Sprint Airave.

cell towers can only support so many phones. I'm sure due to the storm there has been some shuffling of towers, not to mention the extra ppl in the area.
oh, yea I bet cable and dsl are out or in poor shape, so that would mean more ppl using their phone for internet...
