Samsung's Omnia flagship will prolly not go anywhere aside from verizon. I wouldn't count on it. We have no choice but to take HTC's punishment with the TP2 my brothers and sister of course.

The TP2 isn't that much of a punishment. I love it but it should have a higher res camera and a faster CPU. Ah well, even the TG01 has only a 3.2MP camera.

that and the poor battery life, overheating, daily resets, lack of 3.5mm jack and the pre installed bugs of WM6.1. TP2 is just a glorified TP. HTC just sugar coat it with bigger screen to make it look better and lessen the complaints a lil bit. Plus the addition of TF3D2 of course. Well, what can we do? we don't have any other choice. I'll be getting it anyways. I'm ready to upgrade.

Oops ya, how did I goof that. I was thinking of the Omni I guess lol.

The TP2 does have a 3.5mm jack now, though I don't have ANY desire for that. I go all stereo BT now. I hate wired headphones.
Who cares about what's preinstalled, who of us leaves there phone stock ever?
And it has just as good battery life of any of any of the phones like it. Daily resets? Dunno what you mean.

The TP2 is THE best phone available in the USA/Canada so far. Granted, it's not perfect and hopefully (always) there will be better coming.
