This is kind of a let down, but at least it makes the Raphael that much more appealing over the Diamond in my opinion. With 16GB cards on the horizon it would have been nice to have 4GB +16GB on the Diamond. The extra 2mm wouldn't have bothered me either, but oh well. Thanks for clearing that up though.

yea, sure! the touchflo 3d manila looks fine and dandy.. but fire up PIE or some other winmo app that it links to and see what you get... GARBAGE applications that dont pair well and look as good as manila.

when it all comes down to it.. its still winmo. still the same old crap.. like windows 95 sitting on top of DOS.

Good thing the Diamond has been reported to be running a custom version of Opera Mobile 9. That hopefully means that OM9 will be out for our...less visually appealing phones soon.

I still have a feeling the HTC Dream with Android on it is going to blow both the Diamond and Raphael away. If HTC put as much time and effort into creating their own custom version of the Android OS as they did covering up WM 6.1 it should be fantastic.

This is, for me, the reason that HTC still fails in my book. Everything they do is always on top of the OS. Always added on. Touchflo will do a good job at hiding WM, but in the end, it's still sitting on top of WM. That's the reason the Treo 700wx/750 and the iPhone outperform all current HTC devices in usability. I'm intrigued by Android and Dream, but in the end will probably look at another manufacturer besides HTC for an Android phone - I've been burned by HTC too many times to ever buy one of their crappy devices again.

Opera 9 is what was reported but I guess it could be a .__ build
