Who would be dumb enough to fall for that? Aside from the fact that many people, myself included, already have 6.1.....its "supposed" to be released on April Fools day!!!


Just flash DCD or No2chem...believe me...its not rocket science.

flashing is a 2 step process...and if you have already upgraded to the official rom its even easier with the dcd rom...

threaded txt messaging and zoom feature for PIE. I doubt there will be an official release for Sprint within the next year for 6.1. They had such an issue getting the 3.35 out so just read up on ROM flashing and get started, i wont use an official ROM ever again!!!

im like you, i like the official stuff. not to diss no2chem or dcd, i just dont like to take the risks of flashing. i flashed enough xbox's in my day to know that 1 out of every 10 flashes doesnt go your way even if you do them all exactly the same...

it's already out.... and its essentially the same process as when you flash an official rom... and plus all the help you would ever need is already here on the site at your fingertips... just something to consider.

Yeah, honestly, I've done EVERYTHING as far as modding my PPC, but I'm kinda scared to flash too. That's the ONLY thing I haven't done yet.

so if you're not interested in threaded txt msg or zoom for PIE, there is no reason to upgrade to 6.1?
i already have opera mobile, which i think is pretty good.
