I got onto SERO through retentions. I just told them I had a better offer from Verizon and that even with the ETF it was cheaper to leave sprint than to stay. I told them about all the troubles I've had with my mogul. It took 20 mins but she got it done.

Now all I have to do is to figure a way to get the new treo to replace my mogul.

Man, I fear every doing this to sprint is gonna sink the compant. Then none of us gonna have sero. Last OP already thinking of a evil plan to get Sprint to give him a Treo.

Yes all this conniving and trickery might be bad in the end. Sprints data is already cheaper and more productive than the "other 4". Its just the human nature that want wants to be cheap and keep as much money as possible.They might eradicate SERO for this cause.

What I have is a mogul that has a tendency to lock up when I use my pushmail. I work in politics, I have to be able to stay in touch and it's really hard with this phone. No I don't want a free treo I want them to exchange the mogul for a phone that has enough memory to work properly. Sprint lost those customers no doubt because they got tired of being jerked around like I've been. I'm on my second refurb. THey've been promising customers where I live REV A for 9 months and we still don't have it.

Verizon's lobbyist and one of the legislators I work with both cut their teeth politically working for the same US senator. I'm going to push a button and pull some strings only when I for certain what ask for is going to resolve this issue.
