That's funny, the same thing happened to me. I got a $400 bill the same month they turned off detailed billing(for no reason.) They refused to send me a detailed bill, so I refused to pay. The collection letters finally stopped and I am much happier with Sprint.

yeah, supposedly Sprint will not extend your contract for switching plans.....BUT, I was migrated to their new billing system on 12/10, on the old system I was on F&F w/ 800 min, on the new system they put me on a power pack plan w/ 700 min, same price......they viewed it as a new account w/ 2 new yrs! I had less than a yr left b4 being migrated......still battling the w/ knuckleheads to get it straight.

Sprint has made major changes along with investing a lot of money in the backbone. good thing coming along with wifi for my area.
