I've had this problem a number of times..
The fix is basically enabling PCS Vision
Go to Settings, keep going to G.more....until you get to the PCS Vision Menu. Open the Menu by hitting A...Select A.PCS VIsion and make sure it's on enable, NOT disable. Hit Done, and you should be good to go. If it still isn't working after enabling it, you need to update the vision profile again.
Good Luck, remember customer service and the stores don't really even get these phones until next week, so they won't be much help.
