Re: Throwing this out there...

Make sure you extracted it on your computer first? The backup was made with .3, although I do not know if its needed. I don't think so.

I'm running 2.0.1
Sp recovery 99.2b

Maybe I need 99.3? I just thought I would give you some more info.
Like Adrynalyne said, unzip it on your pc first. My problems seem to be caused by using androzip to unzip on my droid

Re: Throwing this out there...

Well, I've been trying several roms lately, and I keep coming back to this one. Not trying to brag, just saying this one has been the best mixture of speed and stability for me so far.

You don't need to brag--we'll all brag for you. Considering it's your first attempt, your rom is awesome. I'm excited to watch as your Android Ninja skills increase.

+1 on that. If you get into Android the way you did with Winmo and the Omnia, good things shall come.

So I have to extract on my PC first?... Dang, I want to try this one because the sholes roms suck for me, but my wife graciously dropped my computer smashing the screen against the coffee table last weekend and now it is completely useless... F!

I want to, I am just having a terrible time, trying to find the time to devote to the task. Between fluid mechanics and thermo classes, I am swamped.
