The animations work in home++ on the flip clock. Why would it not work for this? And if you click on the weather it pops out and animates. What's the difference? The developer said no chance of animated clock because Google won't allow it for some reason. I'm sure it could be done easily though.

Home++ is a 3rd party program that has been coded to allow animations on the home screen. The normal Android home screen does not allow for animations. Beautiful Widgets would have coded specifically for Home++ to make them work there.

atleast we can still use the app if we bought it and backed it up before this morning... sucks for all new comers to the droid but "weather widget donate" is still up to buy
