OMFG dangit I didn't read this post until it was too late. I returned one of my Phones with the app and didn't bother to back up thinking I would just get it from the app store again.. GG HTC, I see the shareholders getting their way.. I guess it's all about money and they have invested alot in ads lately..

What does the new update do that came out today? I didn't know if I should download the update or not because of the C&D. Or is this update just to warn everyone???

What do you mean by this? I backed up the app then tested installing from the apk while Beautiful Widgets was still on the Market. I'm currently running the install from the apk and my weather seems to be working fine...

like to say if i was to post the apk for ANYONE if you havent bought the license it dosn't seem to want to let the weather work i have two android phones and tested the theory

Beautiful Widgets is back up on the market. They changed the look of things to be different so look at the images in the market before you update to make sure you want the change. Or if you backed up then you can always go back to the older version.

Wow... I just looked it up again on the market and I see the difference now. The new widgets are FUGLY.

I dont really like the look of it either at the moment, but I bet we see some pretty quick updates with refinements to the appearance

Things like different fonts for the clock and tweaks to the animation images are probably in the works because he was in a hurry just to get something back up on the market.
