Need some help..

I have been messing around with changing taskbars, colors, clocks etc..
I have the touch pro 2 from sprint.
What ways can I change everything back to normal?

You either hard reset your phone or just delete whatever files you modified with total commander or similar app. All the original files are in the ROM memory, so you just need to delete the ones you changed. That will restore the ROM version.
