I've tried like 8 times to download from rapidshare and it freezes less than half way through. I tried download with both FireFox and Internet Explorer and the same thing happens. Are there any mirrors or could anyone please give me a link to download other than rapidshare? Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

I'm guessing all Energyrom junks came running this way to get their fix. I presume they are just like me because we are so addicted to the energyroms that everything which enhances needs to be tested!!! to ze max!!!

Now because of all them dames and lads flocking yer way I think it has spammed out your photo hosting thingy. Your bandwith is exceeded and I can't look at all the cool pictures... Sniffles...

I hope you can work out these kinks so i can pimp myself

hey, id like to say thanks for the kick-@ss addon for energy.
and id like to bring a little bug to your attention, im currently running a gsm touch pro and noticed that the modified shellres doesnt include the color gprs/edge icons that the stock gsm energy rom has.
when you install the pimp pacakge there all b&w.
could you consider providing a fully colored one to us gsm users out there?
i could do it but it might take me some time...
would really appreciate it, thanks.

Thanks for this package, its freaking awesome, loved the first one too. Noticed that the text in the tachi dialer was white and therefor invisible. Anyway to change that? or is it going to be fixed?

I will look into this. Could you post a screen shot of what you are getting before and after? I may have to make a hybrid .dll file to address both.

However, my gut feeling is that I will need to make a patch file that over-writes the shellres.192.dll file with the stock GSM one.

I also think in the next CDMA EnergyROM release that NRG will include my shellres.192.dll so I can remvoe it from the package.

ok heres a pic of what i mean:

as you can see the edge indicator is b&w and so is the big "E" which isnt visible due to me having the usb hooked up. i also looked into other dll's included into your package and noticed that the "phcanOverbmp.dll" has colored icons for hsdpa and i think umts but not edge too. i think thats where the icon's are read from.
another thing ive noticed in the pimp pack is when it changes the background of the commanager it changes the reg entrie: "CommManagerUIStyle" from 4 to 2 and that disables scrolling and touch response with it, you can either change it back which messes up the background or change "IsEnableHtcScroll" from 1 to 0 which eliminates scrolling in the commanager but returns touch screen response.

also as a goodwill gesture i have provided some cabs i put together for the energy rom:
HTC Notification Enhancement 3.0.1917.1225.VGA_Pyrorob.cab = updated notification enhancement, no new bugs but no old ones fixed ("bt is on" for example)
HTC Scroll-2_0_19171128_00.cab = just updated
HTC SensorSDK_4_0_19112326.cab = enables auto screen rotate using g-sensor in manila and other apps
Pyrorob BTHID.cab = enable bt headset button to be used to launch msvc, etc.
pyrorob TouchOptions_1_0_19171631_00.cab = newer touch options in system cpl, enables viberate on touch.

Thanks for the links to the packages. Please try the attached cab and let me know if you get your blue E icon back. If so, then I will try and build a battery cab for you GSM guys

Also, how many items are on your comm manger screen? Would you prefer no scrolling with skin or scrolling with stock skin? As those seem to be the only two choices you guys can have that work.
