Re: TFLO3D Calendar: Always defaults to today?
This annoyed me when I had the HTC Touch Pro.
But now that I have the HTC Pure (which I think is pretty much the Diamond 2, which is pretty much the Touch Pro 2 only without the slide out keyboard)....and clicking the calender from the home page, opens my calender in month view (just how I like it). Maybe it's the updated version of TF3D |

Re: TFLO3D Calendar: Always defaults to today?
I remember having to add a ~ or something to the end of a registry key. I will search for it because I was skeptical but it worked like a charm.
Edit: Ok it appears it was "-vm" or view month. Here is the post I used with success. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445778 Quote:

Re: TFLO3D Calendar: Always defaults to today?
I had that problem with Sprint TP, and I hated it. Now I have the TP2 and HTC is trying to complete envelope WM with it's own custom TF3D crap... now the calendar only displays in day or month view--no week, or no year!
I actually used year view, as I would scroll through years quickly in year view and then enter people's birthdays on the exact day, month, and year they were born. It was cool, because after marking it as recurring from that date onward, the calendar would display the recurrance in parenthesis each year. It helped me remember how old my old parents were So far, I haven't found a tweak to the TP2 calendar yet... Thanks, mikel81 for the link. Too bad I didn't find this when I had the TP. |
