coolingout, i'm ready for my first ROM. once downloaded is this one easy or are there a million files to choose from??

It's very easy. Just download and extract the rar file. Plug your phone in and get active sync started (have to have at least 50% battery). Then click on ROMUpdateUtility file in the folder you just extracted to. Say yes to the prompts (read first) and then the rest is automatic. The phone will reboot when done and then you start all over with installing your apps and changing settings.

Edit: Make sure you unlock your phone first using the HSPL found in this section of the forums. Same process as above, though.

now what do we look for for tweaks and such? 2.5 stuff???? Like I have to have colored taskbars and such. Anything2.5 should work???? or do we have to look for Imagio only stuff???

If it tweaks anything to do with Sense, then look for 2.5 stuff. If you are modding the OS, look for 6.5.x stuff.

already got problems!!!!! kind of locking up as i go through settings. Cant type in Domain for exchange e-mail. did you hard reset before using???

Yes, it's good practice to do a hard reset after you flash. Just in case...

Major lockups with using Exchange -- ran the ROM perfectly then added my exchange account and it looks on booting.

Gets a red bar at the bottom where the Phone - Menu is ....

going back to the last Alpha -- that one worked excellent
