How do I use the Manila style? In the cookie home tab editor, I set the lock settings to use the Manila style lock screen, applied changes, and even restarted. It is still using the lock screen with the slider in the middle. What do I need to do to set it to the Manila style lock screen?

Have there been any updates regarding getting VVM working? maybe something less intrusive, when using this method i get that username/password dialogue quite often (everytime my exchange server pushes something, everytime i do anything)

You can check the Save password box on that prompt to prevent that from happening.
