can someone please tell me where the setting is to disable the prompt to add a new contact after a call from an unknown number? i cant find it.

also, some more bugs that ive notice, wondering if anybody else has experienced the same thing.

- sometimes the softkey bar doesnt get displayed after a phone call, then when i lock the phone it shows up underneath the lock bar so when you slide the lockbar to unlock the phone it takes you to whatever icon you touched when unlocking.
- sometimes after locking the phone the softkey bar is still displayed, it wont do anything if you press the buttons, but after you unlock the phone it goes to whatever softkey you had pressed inadvertently while the phone was locked.

also, why is it back to the 23149 build? i thought we just upgraded to the 23699 build with the last update? is the 23150 build the new latest and greatest?

I can answer your first question, somewhat..When you get a call from an unknown caller, the screen will pop up and ask you ..All you have to do is check the box where it says..Dont ask me this again.

And does anyone know if All of the latest rom's are XMAS themes?

ahh word, thanks. no not all the new roms are christmas themed, i think its just the ones marked christmas...

found another bug.

-when i received an mms message the popup notice came up and froze there with the hide menue softkey bar, pressing the softkeys did not do anything. i was able to open the mms, but then i was stuck in the mms message, had to soft reset the phone.

Have you looked at your bluetooth advanced settings, audio (hands free settings) and made sure "play system sounds on remote hands-free device" is NOT checked. My headset and 'AT&T bluetooth enabled home phone with cell phone' work fine and phone still rings.

Thank you, but that's what I did, before this problem posting. Handsfree is SonyEricsson 703.

I am experiencing a major problem with the energy roms and I feel as though it could be user error. I had the Nov. 25th sencity rom, and to tell you the truth, many other roms on here before that. I downloaded the Dec 1 CHT Standard rom 23149 and poof, no data in or out except for phone calls. I rolled back to an Oct 1 21680 build and still no data.

What am I doing wrong?

I woke up this morning to text messages, weather, and all data running. Given that I tried two ROMs that I had previously tested successfully, I think this was simple a Verizon network error.

Sense2.5 Cookie Dec 5 running smoothly now!!!

Yeah Verizon reportedly had some 3G data network issues yesterday, not sure what time frame, but that quite possibly was the problem.

has anyone else noticed that the toggle switches vary from release to release? some of the roms have all the toggle switches and the latest does not, I'm looking for the toggle switch for the proximity sensor, with out the toggle I am unable to get the proximity to turn the screen off when putting the phone in my pocket. is there an add on for this?

can you explain what these proximity toggle switched do exactly? just noticed them with the nov 25 23699 rom and dont know what they are for...
