Curious to know if anyone has found a fix for the rotation problem with the 23699 ROMs, if I go back to the 21916 it seems to work fine but I really like the start button on the bottom of the screen. It is frustrating that when typing a text or email I cannot rotate to get the bigger keys.

can you please clarify, the rotate screen app isnt working on the 23699 build, or the auto rotate function isnt working?

As far as I know, auto screen rotation has never worked.

It is the auto rotation like when you are creating a text or an email you rotate the phone and the screen should then rotate to landscape and the keyboard is then more like a slide out keyboard instead of a crackberry keyboard.

ahh, yea i never rely on the auto rotate function. half the time it never works and when it does work its sketchy at best. i assign the rotation app to the media button for quick rotation when needed. works great...

I will give that a try, that sounds like a great alternative to having it automatically do it, as long as i remember to push the button.

There is no "built-in" auto rotation function. It's an addon by HTC. I cook in the required files but I never turn it on for anything, but a few apps... like email... etc. Auto rotation on the homescreen is a nuisance for me

I download the Energy.IMAGIO.23699.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0 version this morning but have not flashed it. I was going to download a couple of the other to see what the difference was. Now the version has changed to 23149. What is the differance?
