Problem with sprint touch after flashing.

hey guys This is the second time this happens to my touch from sprint. The first time i flashed a rom on a vogue it kept shutting down by it self. For example i would turn it on and it would be on for 30 seconds and it would soft reset itself over and over. So i thought i bricked it and kept it for parts.

Yesterday i found another vogue and unlocked it and then flashed a new rom and it started doing the same thing as the other one. soft reseting it self over and over after 30 seconds of being on.

Any help would be appreciated i don't use this phone so if its done then what ever but would be nice to have it as a back up in case i brake my Touch pro.

Is it the same rom that you flashed on both phones ? If so try a different rom. Did you unlock with this one ? 2.31 CoKe

It sounds like you probably just missed some minor thing during unlocking or flashing . My advice would be flash back to the stock rom and see if it is working ok. Then I would reread the unlocker thread in the Vogue Upgrades Forum and reunlock with the 2.31 unlocker following all of the steps exactly so as to not miss anything. Then I suggest you follow all the steps in codybear's faq on xda-developers again carefully to make sure you don't miss any details. Here is a link to codybear's faq:

just a sugestion but do a hard reset and then pull the battery for a couple minutes. This will reset you page pool correctly. Give it a shot because if you are flashing from a 6.1 Rom to a 6.5 ROM there is a big difference.

i could try all those things but the phone soft resets way to fast and i dont know how to keep it on to flash to another rom.

Ill see if i can beat it and hard reset it.

Place the phone into bootloader mode and you can flash from there.
pwr + camera + stylus poke.
then plug into computer.
