It sounds like you probably just missed some minor thing during unlocking or flashing . My advice would be flash back to the stock rom and see if it is working ok. Then I would reread the unlocker thread in the Vogue Upgrades Forum and reunlock with the 2.31 unlocker following all of the steps exactly so as to not miss anything. Then I suggest you follow all the steps in codybear's faq on xda-developers again carefully to make sure you don't miss any details. Here is a link to codybear's faq:
