Sprint to cricket Help!!!!!!!!!!

My sprint HTC ppc 6900 was fully flashed but can't get internet or MMS's to work did see anything that would help me. I went into the ##777# and did the same as I did my Sprint PPC 6700 but it didn't help I keep getting a message that it is the wrong user and password. It is trying to start vision services. Do anyone know what I need to do to get it to stop go to vision services and I need to do so that I can get the internet and MMS's working on my phone. If you know what to do please help me so that I can get it working!!!!! I keep in contact with my little sister that is sick through the internet on my phone so I need it working!!!! Thanks, Sherry

It sound like you have a couple of issues.. I can try to help, Please answer the following.
Did the internet and MMS just stop working?
Have you had cricket refresh those account features?
Are you using a custom ROM flashed on a Sprint unit?
Are you using any of the available MMS/WAP cabs.

For the vision stuff it sound like you have a program(s) that is calling that service. Now if you follow the following link and do not skip anything it will fix the Vision crap from trying to provision. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=94338

No internet or MMS's haven't worked on this phone since I got it flashed!!!
No i haven't had cricket refresh this on my account!!!
I don't know about the custom ROM!!!
I don't know about the MMS/WAP cabs???
I had a guy that Flashes phone do all of the flashing on my phone.
I will have to download all the downloads tomorrow and try to do them on my phone. I will let you know if I need more help!!! Thank you.

I can make phone calls on cricket now. i know that I have cricket service on my phone at this point!!! I can receive plain text messages and can send some text messages it sometime tells me that it isn't a correct number or not in the right format for numbers!!!

Ok from what you have stated I can tell you it is not fully flashed and has not been flashed properly. Personally I would take it back unless you only paid for a basic flash, but a full flash includes everything. or you can do it yourself following my tutorial. Also if you use the ROM I provide you do not need the wap/mms cabs.

please let me know exactly what ones I need to download to flash my phone and the instructions!!! I want to do it myself because the person that flashed my phone says that it is fully flashed but it still isn't working correctly!!!! Thanks, Sherry

Go to the following link http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...55&postcount=1 it is a tutorial I put together for cricket users. If you follow it step by step you will have cricket running in no time on your phone. I linked one of my ROMS in this thread it is fully set up for cricket service. If you have questions on the tutorial post it in that thread and I can answer them.
