I'm going to re-flash and watch out for the customization point. I really didn't think it was necessary during the custom rom step.
I do have the youtube app working, it was just that the widget link under the browser ball wouldn't lauch it was all.
One other thing that has seemed strange to me was after returning to the home screen, the clock keep showing like an hour earlier, and then flips to the correct time. But I love the rom! Thanks for the quick reply.

First, I'm glad you like it! For the M2D youtube tab under the browser you can check on M2DC customizer and see if it can be changed there, I believe it can. As for the clock animation I have always noticed it with every build and even with the old M2D builds. Not sure why. The little quirks of M2D are why I have switched to SPB mobile. With SPB it offers more customization. Currently my touch home screen appears like a Samsung Moment Android screen.
I am moving into the Android world with cricket, but will never abandon my Touch. God bless the Touch they are superb devices.

Just an update...
I re-flashed the phone, and got the gps fix. although it seems to be using the actual gps rather than the assisted. Everything is right with the gpsone settings, so I don't know what to think of that. I get a quick fix indoors on a blackberry I have in the same location. It's not as big a deal to have it working indoors, but bugs me all the same. Anyway, I did miss the reset before the customization I guess.
Now back to trying to figure out the video issue.
Oh, and it looks like my post earlier was wrong. I said to run the cdma weather cab, but that was the one that was messing with the touchflo. So I used manila home instead.

For the GPS issue it cold be the IP address in the registry try different numbers for the last two randomly to see if you get a better connection.
For videos I'm still researching is it just the WM media player and the M2D tab that don't function? Do they play through tcpmp?

As far as the tcpmp thing goes, I found this. Would this be something I'd want to try? I can only launch video by doing it through the file explorer, or updating the media player library and launching from there. I does nothing from the home screen or album. Thanks.

For the registry keys take a look in post 1 of this thread. For TCPMP it should be in the programs on the phone already.

Alot of people may disagree rather or not QPST is warez, QPST is Qualcomm phone service tool, it is not a cracked copy nor does it require a keygen. Nor does anything in this tutorial discuss or imply ESN cloning.
On a side note this tutorial was stickied by a Mod with all the same links and steps, so my question is why for almost a yr has nothing been said and why did the mod cozboogie that stickied it not say a darn thing.
But to follow the rules until I have a mod tell me to take the link down it will remain.
Also if you feel I'm wrong please show me any take down notice ever posted by for QPST anywhere on the net and I will change my statement above.

After discussion with Admin,
They "the Admin & staff" have not declared QPST as warez and when they do they "the staff" will either notify me to remove the link or will remove the link.
I am also awaiting an answer from Qualcomm's legal department in regards to this as well.

The videos run in TCPMP also. When I first ran it, I got some kind of compatibility error. But then it ran. Still not launching though.

For the GPS, the registry usually doesn''t need to be changed but sometimes cricket uses a different IP in some areas. If you've tried a different IP it might be in the QPST setting GPSone setting double check there. I had one come back after a week that the setting reverted back.

For the videos I'm still working on it, hopefully will have a fix on Sunday.

i just did everything, and i can connect to the 3g data fine but when i get to the cricket page it says i need to have a mobile web plan, but i already do?

is there something i missed or do i need to call cricket and have them do what?
