SPRINT: Upgrade to Touch Pro 2?

Hello,

I have been a long time HTC Touch user, almost three years now. Never had to use my $7 insurance in those years. My phone is still running great but battery is starting to die out, screen has become more and more unresponsive, GPS not locking in quickly, sluggish touch screen and what not. It's time for me to retire the phone. I will miss it dearly.

Will Sprint store or customer service upgrade my phone to HTC Touch Pro 2 given that my phone is not functioning properly and is outdated?

I know HTC Touch Pro has a lot of problem so I want to avoid that like a plague.
