What thing on top of the screen, is it an LED, is it at the top of the screen or on top of the screen and are you sure that is installed correctly. Have you tried a soft reset. Hard reset did it work after you replaced the LCD and charged it. Give us more info and we might be able to help you more.

Re: Pleassseee heelep

It's the LED above the screen. It's bright red, the battery is in. It's plugged in and will not charge. I can not hard reset, soft reset, or put it into bootloader.

Re: Pleassseee heelep

Check to make sure the pins that connect with the battery are not bent or missing . Is it possible the battery is bad/damaged? Also, you may need to take it apart again to make sure everything is connected securely. I guess it's possible that you may have damaged something inside when you were replacing the screen. I hope not. I say if you check all connections and everything is good then it's prolly a lost cause.

Re: Pleassseee heelep

Just as a suggestion you may try a different battery if available.
I hope that nothing was damaged when you opened it to replace the LCD.

Re: Pleassseee heelep

Sprint had replaced the screen. I did a search up, it's in Downloader mode from me using the 3.42.40 radio..
