Check to make sure the pins that connect with the battery are not bent or missing . Is it possible the battery is bad/damaged? Also, you may need to take it apart again to make sure everything is connected securely. I guess it's possible that you may have damaged something inside when you were replacing the screen. I hope not. I say if you check all connections and everything is good then it's prolly a lost cause.
