There are limitations to EPC. Usually when doing an OEM for GoogleMaps, well you have to "repair" a couple of registry entries. I think I've used the same RGU for the last umpteen versions. And SPBKeyboard, you will need to capture a few more registry settings for it to work correctly. Or just hit up my custom vga OEM request thread for a working OEM.

But most programs will need some trickery to get a working OEM, that's where expierence comes into play, and you'll just need to dig deeper into an OEM to gain that expierence for your arsenal.

yea, the OEM Makers RGU importer is broken somewhat....I wish ervuis would update it

But OEMizer takes care of that problem

Its not terribly difficult, to get the proper registry all you do is check the 'Files and Shortcuts" box and then click the actual text so you go to a new screen. Then you click import cab and pick your cab. A new window will open and in the bottom box there will be all the registry stuff.

So I just copy the registry info that comes up in OEMizer, and replace the info in the rgu with that?

Dont know about ervius kitchen but I know that in other kitchens the rgu has to have a blank line at the end of the file.

Came across this thread while trying to search for a way to make oem's for ervius kitchens since Ive never used it. Always used the old style of kitchen but I might as well figure out how to use this since it looks like alot of people of changing their kitchen style to this.

Sometimes even in oemizer it will leave out the last line. When the import screen comes up in oemizer scroll to the bottom and make sure there is a blank line at the end. Or you can do it in the rgu itself.

Ervius' Package Creator isn't a kitchen...
