Need help getting A-key back

Here's the deal:

I had radio 3.32 on since last year--everything was working good. I was switching out roms etc. Then I wanted to get my gps working again so I upgraded to radio 3.42 (BellRom) I didn't let customizations run on the Bell.

I then loaded my favorite current 6.5 rom and let customizations run. I think I ran tuite's verizon rom.

So I'm on radio 3.42 and using a custom verizon rom but when I called Verizon the A-key would not authenticate. They tried several different ways.

So I went back to the stock verizon radio 3.37 and did not let customizations run then loaded my favorite custom rom but still no joy.

I suppose just to get my phone working I could let customizations run on the stock verizon 3.37 rom but then I wouldn't have gps capabilities.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Keep calling back. You'll get someone who will be able to do it. I went through the same thing only I do not have a landline, they thought perhaps the fact that I was on the phone talkiing to them was the reason it would not work. The tech said he would bypass the problem but insisted that I call back as soon as I got to a landline. That was like a month and a half ago I never called back and have not had any problems since.
