Angered for the last time

thats just it... i am very passive aggressive and hate confrontation, but for some reason, this last time almost pushed me over the edge... even now after they told me to do a reset (pushing the reset button on the bottom with no results) i remained calm. funny thing now is that the screen blacks out and goes on full power at random like a strobe light...

So not only did Verizon send me out yet another refurbished phone, but the connection is loose to the charger/usb cable. Not too bad for a company that doesn't seem to get the fact that there are hardware issues with the phone. Seems like a new record to me, I just mailed out the old phone to them yesterday afternoon. I think I'll just making a trip up to the Verizon store tomorrow and see what they can do about it now.

I used to work at a VZW store a few years ago. They have (had?) a policy that if you returned a phone 3 times within a four month period, or something like that, they'd give you a new model phone.

They have a whole matrix, outlining what phones you can get.

I'd walk into a store, and make sure they gave me a new phone.

Alltel has that too,
but theirs was (at approx a year ago)
that if you returned it three times total they'd give you a new one.
So every three you'd get a new one.
And I think they still do that
because my friend got a new touch pro that way.

it used to be like that with VZW but i guess it changed to 3x within 90 days... once i get the time to go up to the store, im telling them about this most recent replacement and the niceness is thrown out of the window... i want a damn omnia, at least the reviews of those are better, even the negative ones

i was looking at the TP and all that other stuff, but i just dont see myself getting another HTC after my experience with this one and the fact that VZW has bastardized the phone way too much for the TP to be enjoyed as much as the sprint guys haha.

id rather have a crackberry curve or the omnia instead.

Don't buy the verizon versions,
just buy a different carrier's version and flash it to verizon.
Very simple.

Probably because the Sprint Vogue has fewer reported problems then the Verizon Vogue. Thats because Verizon is evil lol.
