Angered for the last time

I have had an issue with the screen of my Vogue to the point where I could barely see the screen (as if the entire screen was one stuck pixel) so I call before memorial day and tell the tech support the issue. Well, it being a holiday I knew that I wouldn't be getting the phone until later that week, so I wait. The date of proposed arrival comes and goes and no phone, so yesterday on my lunch break I call about it with a different issue. Apparently the order had been cancelled and I was not notified (you would think it would be nice to tell me these things). Anyway, the other issue:

The power button is unresponsive 100%. As soon as the phone goes into "standby" with the screen off, it will not turn back on until I get a text or a call (if I'm lucky enough for the text to show up), if I take the battery out and put it back in (as if the power button is stuck down it turns on by itself), or if I plug the phone into a charger.

I'm at my wit's end with this phone. When I went up to the store to see about getting a different phone (this is the 4th phone in a month and a half with hardware related issues) they said that they can only mail out the same phone again. I told them that I don't want the same phone, that it would just end up breaking like the rest; to which they replied that I don't know that for sure.

Let me back up a bit to let you know that I take care of my phones since it is my only line of communication other than the computer, so why would I "throw the phone around" as this person was implying to me?

Anway, I am just at my wit's end about this and just needed to vent before going to work.
