ok so iv had 3 xv6900s now they all have broke the new one i have (they shipped less then a week ago) came with cracked housing and the bluetooth led doesn't work. now its getting real hot and acting real strange and now shut off and wont turn on. (stock havent even unlocked it yet) my question is if i cant vzw will they just send me another touch or you think after 3 times of this i can get a new phone like the diamond? if ot this will be the 4th touch and im getting sick of this. thanks in advance

make the argument.... it sucks but the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" or something like that. I hate doing it myself.. like when you call your doctor you have to know how to word your pain/problem to get the best quickest response.

Can anyone give this guy advice on the ways to make the best argument? Ive heard them made before but cant really remember. Something like "this is the 3rd Vogue ive gotten and the bluetooth, nothing is working, the quality is piss-poor and the housing is broken upon reciept.. im sick of this. it feels like somethings been changed from my old model" ask if its possible to get an old Vogue model.. that youve read the newer ones are crap or lacking features they wont have any but it is within Assurions power to give you a new phone.

However ive heard they treat the Sprint customers a lot better then us Verizon schmuckos. The Verizon 6900's are down to $50!!! with new contract!

so i just wanted to tell you guys how things turned out. i called and said that im tired of replacing my phone all the time. i wanted something new. the rep told me he couldnt give me a NEW xv6900. no worries because of this they let me go to a store and pick out any phone i wanted. i went with the htc touch pro!!! i love it so far amazing phone. well i just wanted to tell you guys how (if vzw has replaced ur phone 3 times) to get a nice new phone of what u want. i didnt lie didnt do anything wrong just was nice with them and they helped me. good luck to those having the same problems.
