so i just wanted to tell you guys how things turned out. i called and said that im tired of replacing my phone all the time. i wanted something new. the rep told me he couldnt give me a NEW xv6900. no worries because of this they let me go to a store and pick out any phone i wanted. i went with the htc touch pro!!! i love it so far amazing phone. well i just wanted to tell you guys how (if vzw has replaced ur phone 3 times) to get a nice new phone of what u want. i didnt lie didnt do anything wrong just was nice with them and they helped me. good luck to those having the same problems.
