WinMo 6.5 Beta Expired(Phone Locked)

My phone was being sluggish today so I did a soft reset, when it came back up it told me that my beta of WinMo 6.5 has expired and I need to go get a new version. Now this screen that has poped up to tell me my version is expired wont let me go past it to do anything with the phone, additionally the phone can not connect to ActiveSync anymore.

I don't care about loosing my last few days of text messages and emails saved on the phone, my fault for not backing it up. But I love to have a working phone, any ideas what I should do?

I think you should do a hard reset. Press the send and end buttons together while sticking the stylus in the soft reset hole.

just put it into bootloader (hold power, camera, and reset buttons) connect via usb and flash another rom

Yes, its true -most of the builds once ripped have a timebomb in them - though, the people ripping them, yanking out the sys/xip are taking care of us well enough to disable it BEFORE it gets put in kitchens and cooked into ROMs

If yours got hit with a timebomb - time to find another ROM by someone else

Who's rom is this? or what SYS/XIP is this? and where did you get it from?

Im a bit curious whom the hack is that cooked up a ROM with the timebomb still intact as well .. cmon which ROM was this???
