Re: My Favorite Vouge ROM

I have tried all of NFSFAN's 6.5 ROMs and personally I had nothing but problems after V4 and V6 R2 was the worst. I couln't even soft reset without losing everything and having to start from scratch as if I had hard reset. It also froze up on me WAY too often.

His ROMs were looking very promising then feel appart. I'll definitely be checking out V7 but for now I am using shadowfender42's Shadow ROM Verizon 6.5 and its awesome. I especially like that MMS just works without having to do anything after flashing.

Haha, you don't have to run anything for MMS just because he already installed the settings for verizon,
that makes anyone else with a different carrier have to do more work.
I personally like when people make it a generic rom.

I understand your Problems with the V6 series. I was told reflashing to stock (unlocking again) and flashing back to the rom was the way to go. I can't confirm if it works yet, but i haven't had that daily hard reset yet either.

Re: My Favorite Vouge ROM

Hey all

I really like the ROMs both Vin and WDM put out, but in regards to the comment of "what works", no complaints here in the V6R2 version of NFS's ROM

Has been solid on my phone since it came out (Sprint user though) and its fairly easy to correct any issues that do arise as well (unless your verizon, then just gotta read up on make some edits)
