Hey Snake,

Just read the sticky at the top of this forum section " Unlockers for Custom Roms on Vogue 2.31(GPS) and 0.40(nonGPS) ( 1 2 3 ... Last Page)"

If you're on Bell, get the latest office ROM upgrade from HTC or Bell if you don't already have it. http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...cat=2&dl_id=98
The important part is to make sure your radio is 3.42xxx or higher (if there is a higher)
Then download the unlocker 2.31 from IcokeMan's sticky as mentioned above...unrar and enjoy.

Of course these are simplified instructions and you do everything at your own risk...

real simple,

download the link for 2.31 unlocker (found here), run the .exe file from your computer with your phone connected via USB and follow all the onscreen instructions.
