If you're on Bell, get the latest office ROM upgrade from HTC or Bell if you don't already have it.

The important part is to make sure your radio is 3.42xxx or higher (if there is a higher)
Then download the unlocker 2.31 from IcokeMan's sticky as mentioned above...unrar and enjoy.
Of course these are simplified instructions and you do everything at your own risk...
