give your kid the phone. you dont have to have it work as a phone. it can be used as a small pc. if you are on verizon you can block certain numbers for a $5 month fee. at least you could block your ex's friends...

Why dont you just let your 10 year old keep the $20 Sanyo and throw the Touch on eBay. They are selling USED for over a hundred bucks...
