What would I get if I tried to return my Touch?

Hello all,

I have a Sprint Touch for about 14 months now, and while it is most certainly still usable, I am pretty sure I can return it to Sprint for a less battered phone. I have the notorious dark smudge as well as the large holographic looking square around my screen which I read on here was something detaching from the LCD.

I figure I have been paying $7 a month for the warranty service, would they give me a refurb sprint touch at this point, or is there a chance they ran out and I could get a Diamond?
