does anny one know how to fix a TOUCH VOGUE

my phone keep frezing all the time and all of a shdding it shut off and it wood not come on back does ammy know how to fix thin because it wood not come back on..help plez

Try taking the battery out, then power back up ?

worst case, backup and hard reset. must be also making typing and spelling go haywire also. lol jk

If a hard reset did not fix your issue then most likely you are dealing with a hardware problem which is covered under any warranty ... make sure you are hard resetting correctly, " hold end and send at the same time as you insert stylus into tiny hole beside mini usb slot one the bottom of your device"

Edit: did you flash any kinda custom ROM or anything before having this issue ?
