If a hard reset did not fix your issue then most likely you are dealing with a hardware problem which is covered under any warranty ... make sure you are hard resetting correctly, " hold end and send at the same time as you insert stylus into tiny hole beside mini usb slot one the bottom of your device"



Edit: did you flash any kinda custom ROM or anything before having this issue ?
