problems with forum and htc touch

I can't read ANY sticky's, the screen just stays on loading(circle for Vista just keeps going around...and around....and around).

Most pages I try to read in this forum end up the same way.(this is the only forum I have seen that this happens to??)

Annyyway, I have a Alltel touch. I have Android loaded and it is working. Outside of the camera. Well the camera was working on day the just quit, everytime I go to use it the phone resets it's self.

I can't find any place that I can update the radio, I currently have 3.42.30....which has been updated from info on another forum. Any place I find sends me to a link in this forum which ends up on a page the forever stays loading.

Is there anyplace/anywhere that I can find the info I need??

Well to update your Radio you are going to have to flash a different carrier ROM then not let the customizations run...Bell is 3.42.50 and I bell there is another update 3.42.45, but don't hold me to it anyway the Radio you are using is compatible with just about everything but here is the bell ROM/Radio upgrade :http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...cat=2&dl_id=98

Is it danger to get back to 3.42.30 from 3.42.50?Or last two digits dont matter?Just wanna know for the future...
