Well to update your Radio you are going to have to flash a different carrier ROM then not let the customizations run...Bell is 3.42.50 and I bell there is another update 3.42.45, but don't hold me to it anyway the Radio you are using is compatible with just about everything but here is the bell ROM/Radio upgrade :
