Removing Splash Screen

There used to be a .CAB file to remove the WM6.1 Boot Screen and Start Up Sound but I cant seem to find it anywhere anymore and deleted mine by mistake.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

I'm still looking for a way to remove the vendor splash screen...I can't find it in search at all.

Can't help with splash screen, but there's an easy way to dump (or change) that awful start up sound: Just delete (or replace):

\Windows\PhoneOn.wav

I would recommend Schaps Advanced Config. You can change the splash screen and the sound.
Otherwise get a reg editor like phm reg edit that has a search function and search for the phoneon wav sound. Then do the same for the splash screen and change both to whatever you want. You should be able to find both in the commonly used software thread.
