How do I get my phone to work
All I wanted was to have my local weather. I took the advise on the weather database thread, I went to the Nsa's site, downloaded and installed Sdkcerts.cab and installed it, then downloaded the VogueHTChomedll.cab and loaded it then restarted, now my touch starts but doesn't work! How can i get the phone to work again?

It goes thru the regular startup screens, sprint, then the green windows then when it actually stats all I get is the top bar with start and the bottom bar with calendar-contacts and thats it, its just frozen from that point on. I did a soft resart and nothing. When I try to call the phone it goes to my voice mail. I tried to sync and nothing.

hmm... sounds like you may have to hard reset
keep in mind w/ a hard reset, you will lose all your previously store info, except what on your storage card... so i hope you backed up your contacts and stuff... |

I guess i will lose everything then. If I resync will at least all my contacts come back?

whatever you backed up on active sync in the past will come back... youll just have to set up the relationship b/w your phone and you pc again... after that itll sync and put all your contact, calender and whatever else you backed up...

i may be mistaken, but activesync may only store contacts if microsoft outlook is installed.
i've never tried it without outlook installed, but it's something you may want to look into |

I just did the hard start and lost everything, just glad it is working. If I remember I will just get my contacts, and calender back. I hope I still have all my appz.

Dude I had that same exact problem! It sucked I had to hard reset a total of about 4 times! Then I just downloaded
