htc touch smudge replacement

heyy..i recently got a nice black smudge on my touchs screen....its pretty annoying and ill try to upload a pic in a little but i was wondering if i am able to get this replaced; which i read sprint will do immediatly as this smudge is a known defect (link), will i get the htc touch pro or another upgraded version? lol this smudge coul;d be for the best i think im goign to email HTC later showing them a pic and telling them my issue thanx..

Good luck with that!

You remember the "known defect" (Link) where the memory card fails right?

Well, I've tried to contact HTC on 3 seperate occasions regarding my failed microSD card that their Vogue caused.

No luck for me. They responded to my email one time, basically stating that it was a user error. On my subsequent 2nd and 3rd reply, I told them that was impossible, listing all the logical reasons why. I got no response since then. I think my 4th email will be telling them to shove it up their ash.

I hate HTCs customer support, but just in case you want to give it a go, here's the link where you can contact them via email: Email HTC

After claiming insurance for a charging port that came off the board, i received a new HTC Touch from Sprint, that ironically, had the smudge defect. No, you won't get an upgraded version, you will get the Touch. Sprint has End of Lifed the Touch, and I'm under the assumption that the ones they had in stock, are now getting shipped as refurbs, since I've had to turn mine in 3 times in as many months, and I keep getting bran new ones.
