Well, I've tried to contact HTC on 3 seperate occasions regarding my failed microSD card that their

Vogue caused.
No luck for me. They responded to my email one time, basically stating that it was a user error. On my subsequent 2nd and 3rd reply, I told them that was impossible, listing all the logical reasons why. I got no response since then. I think my 4th email will be telling them to shove it up their ash.
