Battery not Charging.. need help

Last week my phone started to gave Error 67 when trying to Internet Sharing (Phone as a Modem) for my Laptop. So I called Sprint and they couldn't help, so I did a hard reset, and still same error, so someone here suggested to delete string value named "Extension" in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing". And now, I can connect to my Laptop as before.

But now Touch phone is not charging via Wall Charger. I kept it plugged all night long. Please help. Thanks advance!!
