If you re-flash with the stock print rom (If you search the touch upgrade section you wil find it) it will be just like out of the box. Most in-store tech don't even know what an unlocked phone looks like or how to get into bootloader mode to see. For a custom rom - OMJ, NexVision, and SBR_Legion all made great ROMs. I found that using BuildOS from ppckitchen.org was easy and gave me the control to make an awesome rom the way i wanted it. If you flash a custom rom and hard-reset, it reloads the custom rom. You need to re-flash to the stock rom to get back to stock.
