I completely agree. I have never asked for a free upgrade, or taken my phone in for arbitrary reasons, but when I do actually have a real problem, they have always gone above and beyond my expectations.

see, thats one thing i was kinda afraid off. the first time i did it, i had the wrong coke loader, so theres no way to fix that. hence why i would want to just edit the registry

Be Fun If You Just Take Out The Battery And In Two Days Say Its Lost, Call In And Tell Em It Lost .... And Then They Will Inform You That You Have An Allowance To Upgrade And Use That To Get The Diamond Upgrade , Then Sell Me YouR Touch For 5 Dollars For Bad Esn For The Insitfull Information So I Can Brick It.as Im Gonna Wait Till The New 2009 Versions With Better Os,ram Mem & Ecelleration Abiltys

i wouldn't try and cheat as sprint employees do read this site.how long have you been with sprint?maybe even try the *2 route and just explain that you want to upgrade.now if you're trying to get a free upgrade,good luck with that.

Any physical damage done by yourself/lost/stolen requires you to call Asurion and pay a $50 replacement fee and 99% likely just get a regular Touch replacement.

Wonder if there is a simple way to mess up one or more of the buttons to make it seem defective so they'll have no choice but to replace it with the diamond. I don't want to take the chance and find out that I would have to call Asurion.

If anyone have a better idea, let me know. I too would like to upgrade to the diamond.

NO 50 REPLACMENT COST , IV DONE IT MANY TIMES CALL IN AND THEY WILL REPLACE ITS NOT SPRINT THAT COVERS IT ....
