**update!**
After checking some of the settings in my phone and changing it from mobile IP only to Simple IP only and calling CricKet tech support and having them reset my phone everything seems to be working like it should.
No more pulling the rest of what little hair I have left out!

Im having the same problem and am using the same rom as you. Cnn you explain a little better about how you change your mobile ip only to simple ip only? or al least point me in the right direction thx

I had to enter the EPST on the phone (##778#) click on edit, enter my unlock code (which for me was 000000) it might be different for you, then click on view info and the bottom left on the screen, goto M.IP settings and make sure MIP_MODE is set to Simple IP Only.
