I had to enter the EPST on the phone (##778#) click on edit, enter my unlock code (which for me was 000000) it might be different for you, then click on view info and the bottom left on the screen, goto M.IP settings and make sure MIP_MODE is set to Simple IP Only.
Then click ok on the top right of your screen, click ok to reset the phone and hopefully that will work for you.
